The Yearly Subscription Price is guaranteed for each subsequent year you renew (it will never increase) so long as there are no gaps in the Subscription. If you do not wish to continue your subscription in subsequent years, then you simply do not renew same when you receive a reminder that renewal is due. You can request us to remove you listing at any time and we will do so FREE OF CHARGE but please note that NO refund will be given. You can expect to see your Listing published on this site between 7 to 10 working days after placing your order. Your Yearly Subscription will commence from this date. We will notify you when your Listing has been published and you will then have a Grace Period of 1 Month (from the date of notification) to review and make FREE OF CHARGE amendments to same. You can do this by clicking on the ‘Modify Existing Listing within Grace Period’ Button (on the left column). There is a small one-off charge for modification modifications OUTSIDE the Grace Period. You can request this by clicking on the ‘Modify Existing Listing Outside the Grace Period Button (on the left column). Your Listing will be placed in the relevant City/Town (for the specified Country/Region). If we do not already have a current relevant page, we will create one. A reminder will be forwarded to your Email Address when your subscription is due for Renewal. There is no obligation to renew. If you choose NOT to renew, we will simply remove your Listing from our Website. The Website Address provided must be owned by yourself and link directly to information about your Accommodation Facilities (ie, it cannot be a general website in which you are listed).
